- ½ whole lime, juiced
Method
Salsa is such a wonderful “party” food inviting all to commune together in laughter and in love. It screams of festivities and celebrations. I cannot imagine how many batches of this delightful concoction I have made over the years. Remarkably, each batch possesses its own unique flavor never tasting quite the same. Tomatoes, Cilantro, Onion and Jalapeño, each possessing their own tasteful characteristics combine together in perfect harmony and balance. It reminds me of all of us who come together, each with our own unique gifts, talents and beliefs; yet so blended together as family and friends.
(Traditional Salsa given to me from a Hispanic Mom at Our Lady of the Valley School)
Add all ingredients in a blender and pulse until you get the consistency you want.
