• 1 cup Teriyaki sauce
• 1 cup sweet Baby Ray’s BBQ sauce
• 1 cup pineapple juice
• 1 cup Asian orange sauce
• ½ cup finely chopped green pepper
• 24 lamb chops
• ½ jar Mint sauce
• ½ cup orange marmalade

Combine the first 5 ingredients. Brush onto Lamb Chops on the grill.

Combine the mint sauce and marmalade and heat until warm to hot.

Pour on top of lamb chops as soon as they are removed from the grill.
