• 6 Tbsp cream
• 3 bars (4 oz) sweet cooking chocolate
• ⅛ tsp cinnamon
• 2 tbsp brandy

Heat cream on low heat in fondue pot. Break chocolate into pieces and add to cream, stirring to make a smooth sauce. As chocolate melts, stir in cinnamon and brandy.

Dip fresh fruit (bananas, strawberries, pineapple, etc.)
