• Graham Cracker Crust:
• ⅓ cup powdered sugar
• 1½ cup graham cracker crumbs
• ¼ lb butter
• 1 cup gran sugar
• 3 pkgs (8 oz) of cream cheese
• 1 tsp vanilla
• 4 eggs
• 1 pint sour cream
• 2 cups fruit ( your choice)
• 1 cup sugar

Melt butter and add to graham cracker crumbs and sugar. Line the bottom of a spring form pan, packing firmly.

Filling:

Mix above ingredients except sour cream and pour into crust. Bake at 350º for 50 minutes, then add 1 pint sour cream and return for 5 minutes.

Chill overnight.

Fruit topping:

Blend well and put on top of the cheesecake before serving.
