For easiest: make the shortcake recipe and put into 9” x 9” pan. Take out of hot oven and split in half.

Butter top of each roll. Place roll in individual bowl.

Place scoop of vanilla ice cream or frozen vanilla yogurt on top.

Place strawberry mix on top. Smoosh strawberries until very juicy. Add a touch of sugar or stevia. Add ½ cup orange juice. Place fresh whipped cream on top that. Serve immediately.
