• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 box yellow cake mix
• 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding
• ½ cup sugar
• ½ cup white rum
• ½ cup salad oil
• 4 eggs
• 1 stick butter
• 1 cup sugar
• ¼ cup white rum
• ¼ cup water

Place pecans in bottom of greased and floured bundt pan.

Mix remaining ingredients and pour over pecans. Bake at 350º for 60 minutes. Remove from oven and poke holes in top and pour in following mixture that has been combined and boiled for 2 to 3 minutes.

Leave cake in pan overnight.
